Removing your name from the database?

Under the Employment Agencies Act, 4aprofit.com is obliged to hold your data for twelve (12) months after it was last used. After the twelve (12) months of non-usage we will contact you and ask you if you would like to have your details remain on our database.

If you do not reply by signing into your 4aprofit.com account notifying us that you wish your details to be retained on our database, your account details will then become archived.

Applying for a Job on line

We do not guarantee that any employer or client will ask for candidate's information, ask to interview or hire a candidate, or that any candidates will be available or will meet the needs of any employer or client.

General Information

In the event that 4aprofit agrees to sell or otherwise transfer all or any part of its business to a third party, 4aprofit may transfer any personal information that it holds about you including your Curriculum Vitae (CVs) to that third party.
